I just fixed it! Productivity Windows OneDrive vs. Leopard restrictions on InputManager plugins mean their installation can only be done system-wide. With normal InputManager hacks, the user must log out and log in. I get this error message: I don't think the plugin itself works with bit versions of Chrome yet, though.
